Product Availability
All items are subject to prior sale. Some items can be placed on backorder for
automatic shipment when received.

All
prices are subject to change without notice. The price is the Web posted
price at time of order.
Shipping and Handling Charges
For orders of $75 or more, charges are for regular UPS with insurance.
On non-design orders under $75, we charge a flat rate of $6.00 unless otherwise indicated. Shipping is included in the design cost.
Call for terms on orders outside the continental U.S., rush,
priority shipments, or unusually large or heavy items.
UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Return Policy
Undamaged items must be returned with all original packaging, enclosures
and/or certificates. The purchase amount will be refunded less shipping
expenses in the same manner payment was received.....check or paypal.
Damage claims
If you receive a damaged shipment, call our shipping department and a
return label will be sent. A replacement or refund will be arranged.
Claims for damage must be received within 14 days of receipt date.

Special Orders
For items marked available for special order, a down payment of 20% is needed for the order. When the item is completed, you will be notified so that final payment can be arranged. Special order down payments are nonrefundable.
